+ Tuition and Fees

An education at The Place for Learning is an investment in your most priceless asset—your child. We have provided information about our tuition and fees to help you plan financially. Please contact us to discuss your unique needs.

Tuition and Payments
Please note that we base our tuition prices on annual enrollments, and while we offer payment plans, we cannot adjust childcare fees for late arrival, early pickup, or missed days. We process all payments via credit card or deduction from your checking/savings account on or before the first day of each month.

We invite you to view our tuition rates for the current school year.

Unscheduled Child Care
Do you have guests visiting with children? We make every attempt to accommodate unscheduled childcare needs as long as we have available space. If you need unscheduled childcare, please contact us as soon as you know your schedule. We require a 48-hour notice for all drop-in care. Our rates are:

  • $450 per week (8:30 am to 3:00 pm)
  • $125 per day, if less than one week
  • $20 per hour, if less than one day

Note: Schedule care ranges from $800–$2100 per month

Overtime
We offer extended hours as a convenience for our families but understand that they are not always necessary. If your schedule fluctuates, we encourage you to pre-plan your child’s overtime or extended hours with us. We can bill all pre-planned hours at a reasonable rate as part of your monthly tuition. However, unscheduled overtime hours cost $20 for every minute to an hour of unscheduled care.

+ FAQs

Does your school offer breakfast and lunch?

Each parent provides lunch for their child. Please let us know during the application process if your child has any food restrictions or allergies. Please label (name and date) any food or formula you bring for your child.

What if my child requires medication during the school day?

We will administer medication in accordance with state regulations and with physician and parental approval. Please bring medications in the original, labeled packaging to the front office, along with dosage information from your child’s pediatrician. You will have to complete the permission to give medication form.

What are the school hours?

We open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m. and offer both full and half-day scheduling.

What if my child becomes ill while at school?

In an emergency, if your child becomes ill while at school (displaying contagious symptoms such as 101° fever or higher, persistent diarrhea, vomiting, irregular breathing/continuous coughing, and other symptoms as outlined in our sick child policy), we will notify you immediately. We will isolate your child from the other children within our facility until you or a designated emergency contact arrives to pick up your child within the hour. We expect your child to remain home until he or she is symptom-free for 24 hours and you have obtained a written note from your physician stating that your child is no longer contagious.

Do you close for holidays?

Our holiday calendar is posted near the front door of the center. We are closed during all major holidays including: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also closed the last week of August for summer break; the half-day before and the day after Thanksgiving; and the half-day before Christmas through New Year’s for Christmas vacation.

Experience why our children are HAPPY to learn!
